Fix guide
Fix the audio in a wedding video
There is exactly one recording of the vows, and it has air conditioning in it. Whether you are the videographer delivering the film or the couple holding a phone clip from the third row, the problem is the same: the moment mattered more than the microphone. The video stays exactly as shot - we fix only the sound and put it back.
What's actually wrong with the recording
Voices buried in venue noise
Ceremony spaces hum: HVAC, guests, street bleed, wind on outdoor mics. On-camera microphones capture the room, not the couple.
The fix: AI noise reduction trained on speech separates voices from broadband noise and brings the vows forward. This is the single biggest improvement on most wedding footage.
Distance and echo
The camera stood at the back; churches and halls reverberate. Distant speech sounds thin and washed out.
The fix: Speech-focused EQ restores body and presence to distant voices. Room reverb is partially treatable (our dereverb is beta - it helps, it does not work miracles).
Whisper-quiet moments next to loud ones
Vows are spoken softly; the party is not. One volume setting cannot hold both.
The fix: Loudness analysis and gentle compression even the film out to a consistent, comfortable level - the quiet promise and the loud toast on one dial.
How it works here
- 1
Upload the video file itself - MP4, MOV, most formats. No need to extract audio.
- 2
The engine measures what is wrong (you can see the same analysis free at /check), then cleans, levels, and masters the audio.
- 3
Preview the first 30 seconds free. Happy? The full file downloads with the fixed audio remuxed into your original video - picture untouched, nothing re-encoded.
The honest part
If a voice is truly drowned - shouting crowd louder than the speaker, wind saturating the mic - no software recovers it honestly, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a miracle. Occasional syllables can stay rough in heavy noise. Run the free preview on the worst section first; if that section works, the rest will.
Not sure how bad it really is? The free quality check measures it in seconds. And the mastered preview costs nothing: you hear your own file fixed before deciding anything.
