Getting started: upload to finished master

The short version

1. Upload an audio or video file. Drag it anywhere on the page.
2. Preview free. You get the first 30 seconds fully mastered (with the FixMark, our spoken watermark), as many times as you like, no account required.
3. Master. Happy with the preview? The full, clean file costs credits based on duration: one credit per second, 10 minimum.

That is genuinely all of it. Everything below is detail for when you want more control.

What happens to your file

The engine analyzes your audio first: loudness, noise floor, spectral balance, whether it is speech, music, or both. That analysis drives everything after it. Noise reduction runs at a strength chosen for your content, EQ corrects what the analysis flagged, and the master lands at streaming loudness with true peaks kept safely under clipping. The result is verified by measurement, not assumed.

Regenerating: your paid master includes retries

Buying a master opens a batch of free regenerations for that file (three to twenty, depending on your plan). Change the preset, adjust a slider, generate again: no extra credits until the batch is used up. Previews are always free, so the cheap workflow is to iterate in preview mode and spend credits once you like what you hear.

Which settings are worth touching

• Presets (Auto, Podcast, Music, Loud) cover most cases. Auto follows the analysis; start there.
• Noise reduction strength is the one most worth adjusting by ear. Heavy noise sometimes benefits from a second pass at 80-90%.
• Target loudness: leave it at the default unless a platform tells you otherwise. Louder is not better after normalization.
• Dereverberation is in beta. It helps on light room echo, costs significant processing time, and strong reverb is beyond it (and honestly, beyond most tools). Try it on a preview first.

About the FixMark (our preview watermark)

Free previews carry the FixMark: a short spoken tag placed a few times across the preview. Two reassurances worth stating plainly. It never touches your original upload, which stays exactly as you sent it. And full masters never contain it. It exists for one reason only: so the free preview cannot quietly replace the paid product. Nothing about your audio is damaged, degraded, or “locked” by it.

Practical notes

• Files in your account are kept for about 24 hours; download your masters when they are done. We are deliberately not a storage service.
• Video uploads work: we extract the audio, process it, and put it back into your video.
• If a master ever fails, credits are refunded automatically.
